Leadership II · about 15 minutes · Part 4 of 5

The Quiet Yes

You're the launch lead at Saltbush Foods in Adelaide. A new chilli-lime sauce range goes into a national supermarket's range reset in six weeks, on a budget of A$380,000.

Saltbush cooks the sauce base in Adelaide; a contract co-packer in Kuala Lumpur bottles it. Meetings end with everyone agreeing. Afterwards, dates slip and problems surface late.
